The largest online food delivery platform in Germany has grown to over 13,000 restaurants and accepts payment as Bitcoin.
Berlin-based Lieferando.de works throughout the country to deliver all kinds of dishes, from luxury restaurants to fast food restaurants. Online customers can pay with Bitcoins, Credit Cards, Sofort or PayPal. When you pay with bitcoin, the company says it does not charge any fees, but it costs an extra 6% to pay with PayPal and credit cards.

Lieferando is owned by Takeaway.com, one of the world’s largest online food ordering sites, which first began battling in July 2017. The company claims that the payment option is well accepted by customers. The implementation also gives entitlement to payment batches for supplies in the Netherlands, Austria, and Poland.
